IPC Was established in 1997 as a joint venture with URATEX RGC Group, catering primarily to OEM and EXPORT manufacturers in the Philippines. As IPC continues to grow, the company strives to expand the reach of Japanese quality consumer goods globally. In the Philippines, IPC started marketing household products in 2016.
The mother company, INOAC was established in Japan in 1929. The company started as an industrial material manufacturer of rubber and foam and later ventured into developing consumer items. INOAC has offices and plants in 15 countries namely Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Taiwan, Thailand, China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Philippines.
IPC imports and markets the INOAC ATEASE FURNITURE line. ATEASE is a collection of compact, lightweight, modern design sofa beds and reclines that utilize Japan-based technology and is manufactured by INOAC in Japan. INOAC Philippines’ merchandise line is intended for small spaces and condo living.
