Every now and then if you walk in the warehouse of possibilities that MC Home Depot is, you will find yourself face-to-face with a do-dad that absolutely demands a second look.

One such device is the PowerCube from Allocacoc .

We’ve all been in situations where there just simply is not enough power sockets to go around; Or we’ve found ourselves entangled in the web of wires that lead up to one, or worse; We’ve found ourselves in a situation where another plug is sooo wide – yes we know who you MAC users are – that it blocks that one socket that you so desperately need.  Allocacoc’s PowerCube is the solution to all those problems.

Allocacoc’s PowerCube was designed by a group of Industrial Design graduates from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. They noted these frustrations – and their own – and worked to design a compact extention cord that avoids plug blocking and can be mounted anywhere and even extended.

MC Home Depot offers two kinds of PowerCubes. The first is the PowerCube Extended version. This PowerCube comes with a 1.5 meter cable and can easily accept four wide plugs and two USB cable plugs all at the same time with no blockage whatsoever. Each Powercube comes with a mount with double sided tape, allowing you to simply attach the Powercube to any smooth surface – on top of a desk, on a wall, under a kitchen counter.

On top of that, should you need more plugs, you can stack the PowerCubes on top of each other.

The second version sold by MC Home Depot, the PowerCube Extended Remote, involves a battery-less remote control that allows you the additional freedom to turn on or off ALL the PowerCubes synched to the remote with the simple push of a button OR the tap of a foot.

So say goodbye to having to look for multiple messy extension cords and grab a PowerCube at MC Home Depot today!

The PowerCube Extended version sells for PhP 595 while the PowerCube Extended Remote retails for PhP 1, 595. Both products bear DTI ICC marks.
