The MC Home Depot Card

The MC Home Depot Card provide holders with access to special promotions and a point system that, when accumulated, can be redeemed for MC Home Depot Gift Cards that can be used to purchase products at MC Home Depot.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A MC HOME DEPOT PRIVILEGE CARD:

MC Card

Apply for an MC Home Depot Privilege Card at any MC Home Depot Customer Service Center

  1.  Applicants must present any transaction receipt/s from MC Home Depot
  2. Applicants must then complete the MC Home Depot Privilege Card Application form.
  3. Applicants must present one (1) valid government ID. (e.g. Driver’s License, SSS Card)
  4. The MC Home Depot Privilege Card will be issued at the branch where the applicant filed his/her application.
  5. The MC Home Depot Privilege Card does not have an expiration date.
  6. MC Home Depot reserves the right to modify or restrict the use of MC Home Depot Privilege Cards.

 

MC HOME DEPOT PRIVILEGE CARD BENEFITS:

  1. Points: Every purchase made by the MC Home Depot Privilege Card-Owner at MC Home Depot earns the card-owner points. Every PhP 100 earns the card-owner 1 point.
  2. No MC Home Depot Privilege Card, no points.
  3. Point Redemption:
    • A PhP 500.00 MC Home Depot Gift Card can be redeemed by Card-Owners who are able to accumulate 500 points.
    • Card-Owners may redeem these MC Home Depot Gift Cards at the Customer Service of any MC Home Depot Branch.
    • MC Home Depot Gift Cards can be used to purchase products in any MC Home Depot Hardware Store.
    • MC Home Depot Gift Cards are not convertible to cash.
    • MC Home Depot Gift Cards are not applicable to Account Receivables, Credit Memos and Deposits.

MC HOME DEPOT PRIVILEGE CARD LOSS/REPLACEMENT:

  1. MC Home Depot would like to remind Card-Owners to keep their MC Home Depot Privilege Cards away from moisture and from direct exposure to extreme heat. They are also asked to refrain from bending, scratching or defacing their cards.
  2. In the event that a MC Home Depot Privilege Card is lost or damaged, a card-owner must re-apply for a new card by completing an application for replacement and paying a PhP 100 fee.
  3. An Affidavit of Loss must be executed for lost cards.
  4. Only unredeemed points will be transferred to the New MC Home Depot Privilege Card.
  5. For changes in personal information – such as marital status, addresses or phone numbers, etc… – A MC Home Depot Privilege Card holder need only complete an application form indicating the pertinent changes only.
