First used in the United States in 1901, Asphalt Tiles can be made out of Organic material or Fiberglass and are known for being easy to install and a preferable material for areas that are hot – as Asphalt reflects heat making the interior of the home it protects cooler. Extremely durable – depending upon the supplier, installation and weather – a good set of Asphalt Roofing Tiles can last around 20 years before needing to be replaced.
